What a day...woke early after not too much sleep, had a short ride to breakfast, broke a chain on the piano bike. Miraculously within one minute a friend from home passed by and had a crucial part we were missing, really unbelievable.we spent the next four hours in a great bike shop where the owner and the mechanic were fantastic. Jeremy, of VeloCityCycles...just incredible. Again, people drawn to helping out our project... After dinner we went and played at a park by a lake in Holland where people were gathered for fireworks. We played our "quick" setup. Standing up piano playing, washboard, and guitar...it was a ball, just playing for people who've never seen us before, and were drawn to the sight of the bike and the sounds. We loved it. Tomorrow we ride farm roads to GR...

  1. Mad dogs and Englishmen go out in the noonday sun. I guess now we'll have to add crazy blues and jazz musicians. May the force be with you all! Looking forward to hearing the JoyBox music when you get around A2-Ypsi.
God love ya for what you're doing!
